"老子不幹了"

5/29/2008 2:30pm, 一位仁兄發了封Email 給全公司的人然後大搖大擺的離開辦公室，離開前還不忘向坐在出口附近的同事說再見，引起了一陣騷動~~~

 

主旨：I hereby render my resignation effective immediately

內容：

Of the few months that I have worked at XXXX it has been very difficult to work with XXX, the IT Director. This is the primary reason I am leaving this company. I refuse to work with an individual that has no respect for the people under him, around him or even the venders that support him.  He has been the most difficult person I have ever worked with in almost 20 years.

 

When I started this position I wanted to work in a collaborative environment. Where the people I worked with openly discuss problems and resolutions. This has not been the case working with XXX. So I have chosen to send this clear message so there is no question why I am leaving so soon.

 

You can call me a disgruntled employee or label me with whatever you like. But in the end I am not the only person leaving XXX recently.

 

Whatever the reason you have to ask yourself WHY

 

2:33pm    兩位採購部的小姐出現在這位仁兄的座位旁, 如秃鷹般，迅速的搬走書櫃

3:30pm　這封信被Recall

4:40pm    公司HR寄出道歉聲明，指責該仁兄不負責任的行為，影響員工的工作士氣

4:45pm  這封信開始FW 給先前第一封信被成功Recall的人。

4:50pm   開始有之前離職的同事打電話回來湊熱鬧~~~
